Q:How long does it take for my purchases to be delivered?
A: We normally ship your order within 2-3 business day. We ship by Air, Sea or Express(DHL,UPS,FedEx,etc.). You should expect your purchase to arrive in 4-7 business days by air, 15-45 days by sea. Q:How much are your shipping costs?
A: It depends on the size of your order and where you are. Most purchases cost between $3-$6/kg by air. Your specific cost will be calculated and shown to you when you complete your purchase.
Q: Does your company provide free samples?
A: Yes, but just do it for return buyer. Because we have lots of sample enquiries everyday. Our low overhead cost in operation will benefit the serious buyer. The sample cost is based on our factory price to the market. In addition, the buyer also needs to pay for the freight.
Q: What about your product packing?
A:Our product packing is standard, suitable for both air and ocean freight. All the products are boxed with our privately owned logo and labeling. OEM products are excluded. The detailed packing information is located in the Products section.
Q: How is your payment term?
A:We accept payment by 30% advance and balance by T/T or L/C or D/P. The payment will be made to our business banking account by US Dollar. If the order value less than $80,000.00 in US Dollar, the fund transaction by T/T is preferred. Please contact if any concern or question.
Q: Does your company like to have exclusive distributors?
A: Yes, we welcome any company that has the capability to carry our products with our own brand as "Kingzer". The exclusive distributorship agreement will be signed on an equal footage by both sides.

A: Our product enjoys great quality with the award of ISO9001 certificate. All the items in use are newly made, all the virgin materials in use are made in the China, and the fully automatic production line is introduced from Japan/USA/German, our product quality is very reliable.

A: We do not compete with the other suppliers of the same kind of products just on price only, but the quality, as we all know that good product quality is the key to cut down business operation cost so as to keep the price competitive.

Questions About After-sale service
Q: Could you tell me the warranty service from Kingzer?
A: For all products purchased from Kingzer or from Kingzer's authorized dealers&distributor, we can provide replacement in the initial 3-month, and provide repairing in the initial 12 month period.
This warranty does not cover any defects arising from abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, fire, unauthorized repairs, use in violation of the instruction manual supplied and any alteration or modification made to the product.
Any transportation expenses are for the account of the customer and are not covered by this warranty.
